Prepare this "kicked-up" cocktail sauce the next time you're having a shrimp or crab cocktail.
1 cup jar red cocktail / seafood sauce
1 rib fresh celery finely chopped
1 fresh scallion finely chopped
Prepared or fresh grated horse raddish to taste (1/2 to 1 tsp).
Combine all incredients, stir well, refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with chilled or fried seafoods.
